HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery of order depneds on geographical location, type of delivery service (Standard/Express/Tracked-Parcel) chosen at the time of checkout. Average delivery time for USA/Canada/Australia/NZ is 12-14 business days, 8-10 business days for UK and 18-20 business days for rest of the world.
Delivery estimates are in general and work in 98% of the orders. Two percent of the orders may sometimes get delayed due to postal/Custom complexities and reasons beyond our control and knowledge. Occasionally during heavy snow in winter or festivals in India or say Christmas holidays in your countries, delivery may take a little longer than the general estimate. Orders placed after Fridays 6:00 PM will be processed on Saturday but shipped out only on the following Monday. The delivery time estimates may vary according to destination country.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Your purchase includes 30 days return policy. You have our 30-day refund window to get a full refund on your purchase .If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Read more here..
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you have already placed the order, inform us through email to change the shipping address as soon as possible. Otherwise you can change the shipping address in Adresses section of My Account at top left of any page of this website.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will get an confirmation email containing tracking information about your order. You will also get delivery status updates through email by the carrier partner in destination country, for example USPS in the United States will send you delivery updates on email as well as on mobile messages.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship our products worldwide. We request you to please input correct shipping details with exact pin code and the street details and also landmarks if possible. This will ensure timely delivery. Any orders with incomplete shipping address will not be processed unless and until the address is confirmed by the Customer to be correct and enough for the shipments to reach the Customer.
WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Your order will come in single or multiple packages depending upon type of items. We offer some items on request which are not listed on our website. In this case you may get order in two packages but for no extra cost. When you purchase multiple items listed on our website, you will get them in a single package.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PICTURE?
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
