HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
to create your account on Movingaze, click on Register or Login at the left top of any page on this website. You can also find my account tab at bottom footer menu.
HOW DO I ADD MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can add and edit the shipping address in Adresses section of My Account at top left of any page of this website.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We do not charge sales tax on any order to any part of the world. In India exports are treated as zero-rated supply under IGST. Therefore we do not charge sales tax from our customers.
WILL YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?
We use PayPal/Stripe platform for payment of orders on our website. You will be redirected to one of these websites for final payment where you enter your credit card details. We don’t have any access to your credit card information.
CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT?
You can send us direct message through contact page for any out of stock product. You can also ask us to list the item which is not available on our website.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
Please check your invoice and match the item you ordered. If the item is wrong, do not open or use it. Click picture and send us email at contact@movingaze.com You can also send us WhatsApp message on this number +91-85806 35385.Â
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If the outer box is damaged and you noticed it at the time of delivery, refuse it. Or you can return the damaged package at local delivery post office. In case the item inside the box is damaged, kindly click picture and send at our WhatsApp or email.
WHERE SHOULD I MAIL MY AUTHORIZED RETURN?
We will inform you through email and provide return shipping address for authorized returns.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED IT?
You have 24 hour to cancel or change the order after the order submitted. If the item is shipped and you want to cancel it, please wait for the delivery. Refuse the item at the time of delivery. As soon as tracking shows the item is returning, order will be cancelled and refund will be processed. Please note this type of cancellation may include charges.
